Become a Member

To be a member of the DGA, you must hold a valid dental degree.

Annual membership dues are only $50 per year. Members may join at any time during the playing season, and the dues will be reduced to $25 after June 18th.

Please fill out the Member Registration Form and mail it with a check for $50 to:
